Information on the possession and processing of personal data

Miletis Polska Sp. z o.o. attaches great importance to the protection of personal data.

Based on Article. 13 para. 1-2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal EU L 2016, No. 119) – hereinafter: GDPR – we would like to inform you that:

2) The purposes of personal data processing
Your personal data will be processed to the extent necessary to:
– perform the contract/order to which you are a party, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 let. b GDPR;
– conclusion of the contract/acceptance of the order based on your interest in our offer, pursuant to art. 6 sec. 1 let. b GDPR;
– possible investigation/defense against claims;
– offering you products and services, including products and services provided by entities cooperating with us (partners)

3) Right to raise objections

The data is made available voluntarily. The data will be processed in order to prepare and present the marketing offer, until the permission to process the data is revoked. They are necessary for:
– preparation of the offer and conclusion of the contract/order for the provision of services / pro-forma invoices/invoices
